I have heard of some stupid things in my life and a lot of them are based around lawsuits. In fact there are times when I think the people filing those lawsuits should be fined. One such suit was one that said that the uk government radio in workplace is illegal. The premise was that if more than one person at a time could hear the radio there was a copywright infringment and that the performers should be compensated. They claim that when it is played in the workplace that that constitues a public performance. Can you think of anything more ridiculous?
