FrostWire is a Peer-to-Peer file sharing program that has been claimed to be better than LimeWire. The application works in various operating platforms such as Windows Vista, XP, 2000, Mac OS X, Linux and even Windows 7. This has given it an edge over some other file sharing programs that do not work on the recent version of operating systems.

FrostWire contains all the features of the free-to-use LimeWire program. In addition to this, FrostWire has some additional features like Turbo-charged connections and multi-threading downloads, which can only be found in the paid version of LimeWire.

FrostWire is also free from any advertisement commonly found in other P2P file sharing programs. It also comes with a chat feature that allows it users to talk to one another and share comments about a particular downloadable file. Another great feature of the program is it has a junk result filters. This screens search results to only show the most relevant ones.

FrostWire is indeed a great P2P file sharing program. With these many advantages, it is highly recommended to try this one. This program is free to download so trying it out will not hurt much.
